# Tacit

> Tacit is a personal knowledge canvas: drop in any URL — a YouTube video, article, tweet, or PDF — and it transcribes, summarizes, and connects it to everything else you've saved, so you can ask questions across everything you've read and watched.

Tacit runs in the browser and installs as a PWA. Supported sources: YouTube, TikTok, articles, tweets, and PDFs. Every saved item lands on an infinite visual canvas and is automatically linked to related items already in the library, based on meaning rather than folders or tags.
